MACIGA ITALIA!
Si è svolto dal 10 al 14 novembre 2021 il 2° incontro in presenza dei partner di progetto per fare il punto della situazione sulle attività svolte.
A causa delle continue variazioni delle normative Covid19 nei diversi paesi coinvolti, fino all’ultimo non siamo stati certi di riuscire a trovarci, ma fortunatamente alla fine tutto è andato per il meglio e 20 rappresentanti dei partner (2 più del previsto) sono riusciti ad incontrarsi.

I rappresentanti degli Enti coinvolti sono arrivati in Italia giovedì 10 novembre e dopo essersi sistemati nei rispettivi alloggi, venerdì 11 abbiamo avuto il piacere di rivederci dal vivo.
Il caloroso benvenuto agli ospito è stato coordinato da Elisa Guerzoni presso la Galleria Europa, sede degli uffici di “Europa Modena – Europe Direct”, punto di riferimento della Comunità Europea all’interno del Comune di Modena, in pieno centro storico.
Dopo un veloce riepilogo degli obiettivi del progetto e di quanto già emerso nell’ultimo incontro svoltosi in Turchia a luglio, ogni partner ha provveduto ad aggiornare i colleghi sulle novità e sul lavoro svolto per iniziare a creare i “game draft” che sono poi stati analizzati nel dettaglio il giorno successivo.
Prima del pranzo presso il Caffè Concerto, si è fatto un veloce giro del centro Storico e spiegato alcune particolarità del Duomo di Modena, splendido esempio di arte romanica, uno dei fiori all’occhiello della Città ospitante!
Nel pomeriggio il gruppo si è spostato presso l’Istituto Secondario di 1 grado “Mattarella”, facente parte del gruppo di scuole del partner IC3.
L’Istituto Mattarella è una delle più innovative scuole della Regione ed è tra le 40 (su 8000) più innovative di tutta Italia. Un vero fiore all’occhiello per la città.
L’incontro è iniziato con la presentazione da parte dell’insegnante Alessia Boldrini di un laboratorio di educazione fisica con l’utilizzo della parete di arrampicata in palestra, al termine del quale alcuni dei rappresentanti dei partner hanno provato la parete!
Abbiamo poi continuato con la visita dell’Istituto con le sue particolarità. Contemporaneamente veniva spiegato il funzionamento del sistema scolastico italiano e come i ragazzi con disabilità, e quindi anche i ragazzi autistici, vengono integrati all’interno delle scuole.
Essendo giunte le 18.00, i partner hanno deciso di sospendere le attività e di andare fuori a cena insieme per avere modo di conoscersi meglio.
Sabato 13 novembre, il Dirigente Scolastico Daniele Barca, con la collaborazione dell’insegnante Giacomo Urbani, ha coordinato la visita presso un’altra delle scuole facente parte del gruppo IC3, l’Istituto G. Rodari.
Dopo la visita all’istituto e l’inevitabile paragone con la scuola vista il giorno precedente, si è aperto un dibattito sui diversi sistemi di integrazione utilizzato nei paesi presenti e dei diversi modelli didattici impiegati dai partner, allo scopo di iniziare a creare un modello comune.
Dopo il pranzo consumato direttamente all’interno dell’Istituto, i lavoro sono ripresi con un confronto delle bozze dei game draft e un veloce controllo al sito internet che è ancora solo abbozzato e su cui il partner responsabile dovrà lavorare nei prossimi mesi.
Dopo la pausa caffè, il responsabile del partner dei Paesi Bassi, Menno Both, ha preso la parola e ha fatto il punto sulle attività ancora da sviluppare, sono state valutate le future azioni di comunicazione e dissemination e si è deciso all’unanimità di fissare un ulteriore incontro da tenersi possibilmente a maggio 2022 nei Paesi Bassi, per recuperare il Kick-off meeting che causa Covid-19 si era svolto on-line.
Allo stesso modo si è deciso di organizzare a luglio 2022 il corso di formazione che si dovrà svolgere sempre nei Paesi bassi.
Sono stati due giorni molto intensi e dopo aver definito le azioni future, i partner si sono salutati con l’intendo di ritrovarsi a maggio in Olanda!

The representatives of the organizations involved arrived in Italy on Thursday 10 November and after having settled in their respective lodgings, on Friday 11 we had the pleasure of seeing each other again live.
The warm welcome to the guests was coordinated by Elisa Guerzoni at the Galleria Europa, home to the offices of “Europa Modena – Europe Direct“, a point of reference for the European Community within the Municipality of Modena, in the historic center.
After a quick summary of the objectives of the project and what had already emerged in the last meeting held in Turkey in July, each partner updated their colleagues on the news and on the work done to start creating the “game drafts” which were then analyzed in detail the next day.
Before lunch at the Caffè Concerto, we took a quick tour of the historic center and explained some particularities of the Modena Cathedral, a splendid example of Romanesque art, one of the flagships of the host city!
In the afternoon the group moved to the “Mattarella” 1st grade secondary school, which is part of the IC3 partner school group.
The Mattarella Institute is one of the most innovative schools in the Region and is among the 40 (out of 8000) most innovative in all of Italy.
A real flagship for the city.
The meeting began with the presentation by teacher Alessia Boldrini of a physical education laboratory with the use of the climbing wall in the gym, after which some of the representatives of the partners tried the wall!
We then continued with the visit of the Institute with its particularities. At the same time, the functioning of the Italian school system was explained and how children with disabilities, and therefore also autistic children, are integrated into schools.
As it was already 18.00, the partner decide to went out for dinner together and they had the chance to talk and better know each other.
On Saturday 13 November, the Headmaster Daniele Barca, with the collaboration of the teacher Giacomo Urbani, coordinated the visit to another of the schools belonging to the IC3 group, the G. Rodari Institute.
After the visit to the institute and the inevitable comparison with the school seen the previous day, a debate began on the different integration systems used in the present countries and the different didactic models used by the partners, in order to start creating a model shareable.
After lunch consumed directly within the Institute, work resumed with a comparison of the game drafts and a quick check of the website which is still only sketchy and on which the responsible partner will have to work in the coming months.
After the coffee break, the head of the partner from the Netherlands, Menno Both, took the floor and took stock of the activities still to be developed, the future communication and dissemination actions were evaluated and it was unanimously decided to fix a further meeting to be held possibly in May 2022 in the Netherlands, to recover the Kick-off meeting that caused Covid-19 had taken place online.
Similarly, it was decided to organize the training course in July 2022, which will also have to be held in the Netherlands.
